Solarlux Ecoline S and Highline S Slimline Sliding Doors

SOLARLUX ECOLINE S AND HIGHLINE S

SLIDING DOORS WITH SLIM SIGHTLINES

Ecoline S and Highline S are premium, German-made sliding doors. They are part of a system that uses slim profiles to maximise light, space and views to enhance your home and your lifestyle.

These doors provide an unbroken, uniform profile sight line and offer an edged profiling with a slim sight line of just 55 mm in the panel butt joint.

Ecoline S vs Highline S

Ecoline doors have a slightly shallower panel depth and are used with double-glazed units, perfect when you are trying to stay within a tighter budget.

Highline doors (the ulitimate in performance and quality) have a deeper profile suitable for triple-glazing. It has higher maximum panel sizes and therefore perfect for larger sliding doors, up to 3.2m wide per panel or 2.8m high. (If want to go even bigger you'll need to upgrade to the Solarlux Cero sliding doors which will go up to 6m high or 6m wide!)

Both products have the same 55mm sightlines, the same beautiful style, the same edged profiling and the same design features and exceptional Solarlux build quality.

Ecoline S: Double Glazed. Max per panel: width 2.7m, height 2.5m.
Highline S: Triple glazed.  Max per panel: width 3.2m, height 2.8m.

Consistent Design Across the Range

Both S model sliding doors are designed to match seamlessly with the full Ecoline/Highline range of high-performance bifolding doors, fixed panel windows and tilt-turn opening windows. This is due to common design elements and sightlines across the range to integrate seamlessly.

A perfect fit for Solarlux glass extensions

The S model sliding doors are designed so that they can be used with Solarlux glass extensions as an alternative or addition to Ecoline/Highline bifolding doors. You can specify your own mixture of sliding doors, bifolding doors, tilt-turn windows and fixed windows, all with the Ecoline/Highline range.

Taking design and engineering to the next level

For both sliding doors, the accessible floor track comes with a built-in, cascading system drainage and are equipped with a stainless steel locking handle with a latch function for convenient opening and closing. The handle locks in place when in the vertical position, so it can be used to pull the sliding panel without turning unexpectedly.

They provide optimum impermeability; the horizontal bars below the panel are designed to act as a defined drip edge, and run right into the floor track. They conceal the horizontal brush seals in the floor track, thus offering an effective seal to protect against wind and driving rain.

Durable stainless steel rollers, the same as the cero family’s tried-and-tested carriage and running tracks, provides ultra-convenient operation thanks to light sliding action. The centric guidance of the sliding panel additionally reduces the frictional forces, so that low-maintenance and non-wearing operation is guaranteed even in continuous operation. The carriages have also passed a salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN IOS 9227.
