Solarlux Glass Extension
Fully insulated kitchen extension using the Solarlux 'Wintergrden' Akzent Plus system.
This Solarlux aluminium glass extension extends the existing kitchen to incorporate a light and airy sitting area. It is fully insulated, with underfloor heating, so that it becomes part of the home, all year round. The owners knew exactly what they wanted, and working with Spectrum, they achieved exactly that.
The extension brings light to a property that can otherwise be quite dark at times. The owners told us they spend most of their down time in the extension, and love the uninterrupted views of the garden.
The extension has bifold doors at one end and tilt-turn windows along the side; there is a matching Solarlux side door off the kitchen. The finish is RAL 7021, Black Grey.
