Internorm Windows & Entrance Door in a Contemporary Home Makeover
The clients had bought an unexceptional cottage with fabulous views and planned a contemporary makeover with an added extension, but keeping some cottage-style architecture rather than ultra-modern.They clients originally approached us for a grand Internorm entrance door, which we supplied and fitted. They had looked at Internorm windows but felt they were outside their budget. Once they had seen and used the new door (and seen us in action!) they concluded that it was well worth stretching the budget to include Internorm windows throughout!
After lengthy discussion with our technical sales team, they opted for Internorm HF310 Ambiente triple-glazed windows with exceptional thermal performance (Uw values of about 0.83). The optional acoustic glass provides a sound reduction of about 38dB which has virtually silenced traffic noise from a nearby main road. The clients have been delighted with their choices.
