Internorm Windows & Doors Bring High Performance to Unique Self-Build Home in Shropshire
Our clients were building a unique home and approached us as they were looking for windows which were of the same high-quality materials as the rest of the house. As soon as they saw the Internorm windows in our showroom they were sold on them... and were even more delighted as they discovered how the exceptional performance of Internorm windows would improve the comfort of their home.
There were a number of challenges faced during installation but we were able to overcome these and the customer has told us how pleased they are with the windows and with the service we provided.
The windows are triple-glazed Internorm HF310, timber/aluminium, with Uw values of around 0.6 to 0.7 W/m²K and sound-reduction of about 35dB. The sliding doors are also triple-glazed Internorm HS330 with Uw-values of around 0.8, probably the warmest sliding doors in Europe.
The aluminium cladding on the outside is finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and the timber on the inside is PEFC-certified spruce.
