Sue’s new build in mid-Wales is coming to life! 🌿 During the design stage, she visited our Shropshire showroom in search of high-performance timber-aluminium windows and the very best bifolding doors. At Spectrum, she found exactly what she needed.
For her windows, Sue chose Kastrup, beautifully crafted in Denmark from responsibly sourced Scandinavian timber with aluminium cladding – combining sleek design with exceptional thermal performance. For the bifolding doors, she went with Solarlux from Germany. After seeing them in action, there was no doubt in her mind: they were the finest doors available!
With these carefully selected elements, Sue’s home is set to be both stunning and highly energy-efficient 🏡✨

As promised, some photos of the timber-alu Kastrup windows we installed to this beautiful period home currently being renovated and extended. The old windows were green steel-framed leaded windows which would have sucked the warmth out of the home. Our triple-glazed Kastrup windows, bespoke-made in Denmark, are extremely efficient at keeping the warmth *inside* your home — while also looking the part. We're currently working on Phase 2, the extension, so watch this space.

Shame it wasn't a sunny day! Paul, our surveyor popped in for a service call and took a few snaps of this install from a couple of years ago... Solarlux Cero slimline sliding doors around the swimming pool — stunning! We also did all the windows at this luxury bespoke new home.
