Stunning 3-metre tall Passivhaus bifolding doors by Solarlux in an award-winning Passivhaus new-build home we did a few years ago. We have been a Solarlux Partner for over 13 years and we have yet to find a better bifolding door than Solarlux.
We also installed Internorm Passivhaus windows throughout the house.

Something different — triple-glazed Kastrup windows, including a sliding door, behind these lovely oak arches, creating a light and airy glazed veranda which can be used all year round. The windows are almost invisible from the garden. The roof is to be refurbished and insulated at some point along with the flooring.

The planners wouldn't allow the owners of this barn conversion to create additional openings — so they decided to make an architectural feature of the old diamond-pattern vents by putting windows behind them. The windows are the tilt/turn inward opening versions of our Kastrup Windows in oak and look brilliant ... we love them! They bring you closer to the origins of the building while allowing them to open for ventilation.
Plus the windows have aluminium cladding on the outside for protection, low maintenance and long life.
